EcoFaith Network
​          Our Redeemer Lutheran Church is a member of the EcoFaith Network of NE-MN Synod. Their mission is to live out God’s call to be stewards of the earth for the sake of the whole creation. Eco-Faith Network periodically puts out and electronic newsletter – Green Blades Rising. Click on the button below to view this months as well as previous newsletters!
          The EcoFaith Network of the Northeastern Minnesota Synod nourishes the synod congregations with a growing web of relationships with individuals and organizations to inspire congregations to take on creation care activities. Activities taking place at Our Redeemer are
  • the establishment of a pollinator garden for bees and butterflies
  • collection of plastic bags to keep them from the landfill. The bags are converted to park benches that can be used at church or in the community.
  • Using compostable paper plates and cups in the kitchen
  • Using fair trade coffee for fellowship events.

Visiting those members in need of Church connection as well as Study and discussion.

    Environmental Arts Team
Monthly Meeting
Gardeners and church beautifiers come together to address the needs of the Church.

Worship Team
2nd Tuesday of the month
    Worship planning and/or praise teams discuss the worship components and many services of our Church.

Heritage Committee
Currently meets about every 3 months.
Tracks our Churches rich history through collected records, stories and celebrations.

   Women of the ELCA:
2nd Tuesday of the month - 4 PM
Discuss and plan activities from brunches to lunches,
suppers to sales. All ladies of the Church welcome.
