Shining God’s light into the darkness, bringing hope where there is despair,
and healing where there is hurt.
As you may or may not be aware, ORLC purchased a new database system and we are currently in the process of switching systems; thus the set back of completion of the church directory.
Why you may ask? Good question. We want our directory to be as complete as possible, right? And we do not want to leave anyone out, right? (It's going to happen no matter how hard we try, and it will not be perfect...) However, it has been well over 10 years since our last directory, and since Lifetouch destroys all of their information after 5 years the process of completing the directory goes only as fast as this office can compare, dice and slice, and then key the old information into the new system. Needless to say it has gone at a snail's pace but progress is being made!! I cannot give you a date that it will be in your hands but know that I am doing everything in my power to make it sooner rather than later!
Thank you for your patience! If you have further questions give me a call at the office!
